Reading yesterday's post back I have to say it didn't make much sense. It was clear in my head but didn't translate into words well. Hopefully practice will improve things.

Anyway, back to me. I am 34 years old (just). I married Tom in April this year and have a 16 month old daughter called Daisy. She amazes me. I am a stay at home mum (SAHM), that was never the intention but I took voluntary redundancy while I was on maternity leave with Daisy. Part of me couldn't comprehend childcare - the idea of paying another person to do what I wanted to do whilst I did something I didn't.

I am also pregnant with 'Bod'. Due early April next year. We are having problems deciding on a name, so she is 'Bod' or 'Ulysses' for now.

So that's it, we seem to be having a hot water crisis that I need to go and stick my nose into. Crazy days.

Chapter one...

I have been meaning to do this for ages, one of my friends recently did the NaNoBloMo thing and posted every day during November and I wanted to give it a go, but I was moving during November and we didn't have access to the internet for two weeks so it seemed like a silly idea.  The stars were not in alignment, it was not meant to be.

That didn't stop me thinking like I was blogging though, something would happen and I would think about writing it down and getting into the habit of writing things down. I can remember loads of things I wished I'd written down when I was pregnant or about cool things my daughter had done and they're just gone now, my memory is fallible, holey. So hopefully I can get some of this stuff down so I don't forget. Work around some of those spaces. Also, I'm blogging from my phone, so any typos are down to that, not my sausage fingers, obviously. Apart from the amusing ones. I meant to do those, honest. "
